Every effort has been made to ensure your puppy has been born and reared in the correct environment his/her medical and social needs have been fully met and he/she leaves us with no known medical or temperamental problems.

The breeder can not guarantee any puppy destined for show or breeding will mature suitable for this purpose only that at the time of collection he or she was free from any defects that would be detrimental to this.

you are required to present the puppy within 4 working days of collection to a registered veterinary surgeon to be health checked if at this point a health defect is detected the breeder will refund the full purchase price of the puppy or offer a suitable replacement if available and mutually agreeable, provided the live puppy and registration papers are returned to the breeder.

The breeder will take no responsibility for any veterinary fees incurred by the purchaser.

Both of your Puppies parents are fit and well and have been fully health tested in an aim to significantly reduce the chances of your puppy developing a hereditary health defect or health problem. However as with any live animal there is always a risk and due to this as the breeder we can not be held responsible for health conditions which you dog may develop later in life.

In the unfortunate event of you Vizsla developing a hereditary health problem you must notify the breeder as soon as possible.

Your puppy has commenced a worming and immunisation program your are requested to carry on with this.

 

The breeder has placed Breeding ( R ) and Export ( X ) endorsements upon the registration of your Vizsla to protect his/her welfare the requirements for there removal are as follows-

R = progeny not for registration

  • The dog or bitch is deemed by the breeder to have suitable temperament and construction for breeding. .
  • The bitch is aged 2 years or above at breeding
  • The dog is aged 18 months or above at breeding.
  • The dog or bitch is hip scored with BVA between the age of 12-18 months and gains an acceptable score .
  • Any intended mate must comply with the above conditions and be approved by the breeder.
  • That the purchaser agrees to breed no more than four litters from a bitch in her lifetime.
  • All the progeny of the above named dog/bitch must be registered with the UK KC
  • In the case of a male dog who is to be offered at stud he must have achieved in either the show ring or shooting field.
  • The breeder reserves the right to decline to lift the endorsement if he/she feels it is not in the best interest of the dog or bitch to do so.

X = not for export

  • No dog should be exported without written consent from the Breeder
  • holidaying families do not need our written permission to take their dog abroad.


It is a requirement for all Purchasers to agree that should they ever be in the unfortunate situation of having to rehome there Vizsla they must return any puppy or adult dog to the breeder for re -homing he or she must not be gifted, sold or loaned to any third party without the breeders written permission

The breeder will not refund the purchase price for any dog returned to them for rehoming.
